This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on trellzo.shop within the United States. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

Order Processing and Delivery Timeline

  • Handling time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday)
  • Transit time: 6 to 12 business days (Monday through Friday)
  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5)
  • Total estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 business days depending on your destination

Please note that we do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Methods

We primarily use FedEx for shipping. However, we reserve the right to choose alternative shipping carriers based on factors such as delivery area, cost efficiency, and customer preferences.

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat shipping fee of $10.00 for all orders, shipped via FedEx.

Service Areas

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to check the delivery status of your package.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. If an incorrect or undeliverable address is provided and the order is returned, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

Changing the Shipping Address

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us before your order has been shipped. Once a package is in transit, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. For returns or exchanges after shipping, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, follow these steps:

  • If damage is visible at delivery, you may refuse the package
  • If damage is noticed after delivery, take clear photos of the packaging and contact our support team as soon as possible

We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund if your claim is eligible.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on both the product price and shipping cost, in accordance with local tax laws.
